Edit: As it becomes more complete and I make an actual thread, i'll add highlights and stuff, to show who I think could move up and down. For example, Stunt Double and Boneshaper could easily be winning matches. I just put them as 5-5s for now.

@Tweedy how do you feel about the tarkatan vs ruthless matchup? I played about 50 matches against a Really good eu tarkatan and I feel like it's even, but I can see it being problematic for tarkatan though. Still not sure what I should think about this mu.
