Breakthrough Smoke's Toasty Boost discovered.

Ending combos in uppercuts (and starting them in the corner ) is more reasonable with smoke than it is with most other characters in the game. One could argue that, as such, Smoke may find it more useful than other characters as he's got more guaranteed uppercuts, per se. Does this change matchup charts or anything? No. Do we have a better chance of using this? Marginally. Should you know it? Doesn't hurt! I believe that credit is due to Konqrr and Check for this one, but if I'm wrong please let me know. ya I guess this could become part of the strategy if you have no meter to begin with. Otherwise, I think it makes more sense to finish combos attempting the reset rather than chasing a toasty boost. But you are totally right it doesn't hurt!
