Question Smoke punisher

How can i punish someone the ebst to get out the best combo if i block someone teleport or like kano's ball.

Smoke cannot punish Kano´s up ball with a combo. Against most teleports and kano´s forward ball wait till they land and punish them with a combo of choice, mainly with 3d12 starter.

Can i punish with B23 smokebomb? if i do it fast the smokebomb hits 100% and than i can start my 3D12 combo when he falls out of the sky?

As I said, with a combo of choice. I just use 3d12 since the combo will deal more damage.

Fastest punish smoke can do within frames is 2,1 smoke bomb but if you can pull off B2, 3 smoke bomb go for it.
