I'm not sure what terminal recovery means. Red Slide is an 8 frame move - are you saying it is an 8-11 frame move? Or Red Slide can become active before the 12th frame of Red Dash? Or something else.
What I mean is Skarlet will recover at the same time regardless of when it hits. And yes, it is an 8 frame move but it's active frames go up to 11. Since it is a move that has lots of forward motion, I try to include both ends of the advantage. I added a note to the execution of it.

Where art thou, MKX Skarlet?

Oh ok, so if it hits on the 11th frame, she's at -3?

Sorry, I'm always updating whenever I can so I keep everything in text form, just easier that way.

I changed red slide value on block from -3 to "0 to -3" because I have realized it has terminal recovery. It can land on any frame from 8 to 11, explaining the difference in advantage. Ninj, if you are including this in your guide, this is just a heads up.
Does this mean Sub-Zero cannot do anything besides block after Skarlet's Red Slide? (if she delays the Red Slide to make it -0) Since they're both at neutral then Skarlet's D3 can beat out Sub's 2. And I guess this also applies to anyone who tries to start pressure with a move more than 7 frames of execution.

I could poke back with a d3 of my own, but since we both have 7 frame d3's only P1 will win out.

Mortal Kombat is NOT dead.
ok, so i just wanna ask this to make sure i have it right

So if f2 1 2 1+2 canceled into a red dash is +25 on block, and red dash's duration is 29 frames, would that put her at - 4 off a naked red dash?

Seems right to me. Also Is there a way to place slide so it lands on the 11th frame? if so that would be GODLIKE.
