Go into kustomise, then under abilities you can choose 'presets', in this preset section there will be 2 variations with a trophy looking icon next to them, they are the kompetitive variations, I personally changed all characters default variations to the kompetitive ones - you gotta change them manually so that you can use them in practice.How the hell are we supposed to practice with these variations I can't find them. are these the ones that are also used in ranked if so do I have to set up my own variation just to practice with the ranked variation?

Great find on the opening combos using both db3 KB and 12 1+3 KB. Will definitely be useful.Hey guys, I just uploaded my first Shao Kahn video. I am only showing the tournament variations, mostly the 1st one. There are regular and launcher combos as well as KB's and interactable combos. There is also Flawless block into u2 launcher combos and anti break away tech. Apologies if my voice and accent are a little bit annoying XD
Currently PC is one patch behind. So everything you see on consoles doesnt work for PC unfortunately.In all these videos after bf3MB the opponent seems to pop up vertically. On my PC version they always seem to get pushed too far away to follow up. Anyone else having this issue or am I missing something?

Well you cant use the shadow priest with the taunts so yeah it would be impossible if its in competitive mode.Anyone else think using Taunt/Laugh and Shadow Priest in combination is going to be almost impossible in high level play? lol

NRS were extremely lazy with default variations, no idea why they just didn't make the default ones the tournament mode ones. Cages only had two slots filled as default lolCan someone tell me what the god damn competitive variations are supposed to be? I keep seeing Fiery Wrath in people's videos, and it was my understanding that Risen Emperor and True Kahn were the competitive variations. They are marked as such in the Kustomization menu.

and getting more damage than with f2,1, is there any reason this isn't better?
Oh no I meant in the middle of the conversion. I keep seeing people say that you get the best damage off of doing the EX shoulder and then f2,1 into whatever ender, but standing jip > 2,3 still works and I'm getting more damage with it and I'm wondering if there's a reason to use f2,1 mid combo instead.F21 is hitconfirmable and has more range.
