Second hand vita question

Does anyone know when I get a second hand vita including second hand Mortal Kombat that I can create my own PSN account and can use it on that vita and with that MK game? Or do I need to use the account from the guy I bought it from to be able to play?

Also, does MK require a memory card? In order to save unlocks and such?

Just do a factory reset if the second hand vita is now yours. I don't think MK requires a memory stick either

Well, I do want to save my progress of the game ofcourse, but if that is possible without a memory card I won't have to buy one.

I have a Vita and MK9, and from what I can tell, this is one of the system's only games that saves onto the game disk. I don't think a memory card is required, but I am not certain. Also, I don't think there's an online pass for it.

It's better though, because you will get lag from US to Europe, it's like 200-300 ms.
