I'd bet money it's not. Look at the white streak in the hair, and the colour scheme of the clothing, that's Sareena.

Also, it looks like this is some Special Forces mission to the Netherrealm, Mileena would have no place there. Sareena being a Netherrealm demon makes perfect sense.
