Question - Sub-Zero Run cancel block string

Can u cancel into run after 123 ?
If so wouldn't that's be good as a pressure block string? Don't have time to try right now so thought I would post the idea. 123 cancels into slide so why not into run right?

You need a special to run cancel out of in order to gain any pressure with it. Without one you'll just be running after the string ends at negative frames.

The game doesn't work that way. You can't cancel a regular string into run. You need a special move like a holdable fireball.

I guess if you could hold parry in addition to run cancel it, Unbreakable would jump from absolute low tier to really decent/high tier. As simple as that, you no longer need to worry about the opponent waiting for the parry to wear off, which is really easy to punish, and they have to use the specific moves that go through it, you get a lot of pressure thanks to having a run cancel move, and your run cancel pressure is ultra safe because if you hold it too much (something that happens a lot when you're not familiarized with run cancel moves) and they try to respond, they're frozen in place.
