Robin's F3 Does Not Function Properly Probably

It's hard to connect with NRS sometimes, so I'm trying all avenues. Made a video about Robin's f3... issue? Idk. General info for Robin players as well.

Harley's F3 works like this too.

Isn't her F3 one of the "hold F for more range and B for point blank" ones? I know with Ivy this happens if you hold forward but holding back solves the issue (and for what I've seen with Harley it's the same with her but I haven't tested her against the entire cast).

No, her F3 doesn't have different distances, it's just like that. It's been like that since IGAU

I just tested it and it has 3 different ranges and holding back makes her not jump her opponent.
