REO's suggested changes to Joker

I agree with his trait affecting all mobility and changing the D1 hit reaction, don't agree with buffing his zoning though. His archetype isn't one where he's supposed to have good projectiles. I'd honestly just buff his neutral game slightly instead.

I like his suggestions. Definitely agree with D1 Mb gun consistency. The trait idea is unique, and it would definitely give me a reason to actually use trait (depending on the extent to which it affects our zoning). Still, I'd still prefer some sort of buff that would better his neutral than the trait change
