Ladies and gentlemen, week # 4 of the Kombat Cup has concluded to the top 8 for Wednesday 11/16/16. Below are the top 8 standings w/ three new competitors making their first top 8! SonicFox was absent from this Kombat Cup making it very interesting in regards to who will make it to the end of the tunnel on Wednesday night during the finals.

Apologies for our technical difficulties near the beginning. Hope everyone enjoyed the show once we got back up and going. Was definitely a night of surprises and some pretty good juice for top 8. Let's see who claims the throne in week 4 top 8 on Wednesday.

There Are Some Good Players In This Community Excluding The Rare Top Echelon. The Fact That Sonic Can Continue To Dominate Every Chance He Gets Is Nothing Short Of Spectacular Considering How Many REALLY Good Players Are Out There !

There were a couple pools in the top half that were STUPID stacked. Especially pool 1. It was so unbalanced lol

Most will consider it a dumb decision, but I can't stand taking a free ride to Top 8. I'd rather earn it even if it means risking the loss, which is something you always have to be prepared for.

And no, I didn't do it to be cool, I did it for the sake of my pride.

meh.. whatever you need to do to satisfy your own morals. it is your choice, but the saying "nice guys finish last" exists for a reason.

This is why the decisions shouldn't be up to individuals and should be part of organised and adhered to rules run at the tournament organiser level. You shouldn't have a choice either, nor should he... in the same way you couldn't ask me to change your character even though you won the last match.
