Tarkatan's Rekkas seem to no longer be 100% fully safe and jail at the same time. All block stun on rekkas seem to have been slightly reduced overall.

They still seem good just no longer completely safe. You can make the last part of the rekkas safe still by delaying the last part but there will ALWAYS be short gaps to exploit now.

EX Acid Blood is no longer +99 on hit. It's just slightly plus now.
