Randper in PSX MKT

How can I activate Randper in PSX MKT ?
I can't...

In GameFaqs says these two Kombat Codes for the Randper:

4-6-0-4-6-0: Randper Kombat
4-4-4-4-4-4: Randper Kombat (go fig!)

In this site have 4 versions of PSX MKT:

A lot of changes between them ?
Any of these versions works Randper Kombat code ?

Unfortunately the disc versions didn't have randper kombat because there would be horrendous loading. Only the N64 version has it.

I believe so since PC version is basically PSX version with no load times.

Yes, sadly none of the randper codes I've tried work in the PC version. I tried 460460 and 444444.
