I managed to purchase Kenshi earlier on PS3 by manually searching him up on the PSN store around noon. Hopefully will show up for Rain as well.

Its actually 5-6am for XBL....and PSN seems more random, anytime from 5-8pm. (all times EST)

well earlier this evening it came up on the screen when i turned mk on and said new fighter available and had his bio but said marketplace error when you go to dl him so im sure its gonna be there at 9am eastern tomorrow
