Greetings thunder gods, since we don't have a updated combo thread for Raiden I thought I should start one. I am trying to max his damage from all situations we may find ourselves in. Keep in mind I am trying to max out his damage so I am not going for consistency here just all out optimized damage or what I hope to be optimized damage with help from my fellow thunder gods. If what I have is not optimal damage please correct me so I can keep this updated.

Note: most if not all Displacer, MOS combos may be ended with b11 grab for more knockdown advantage which grants a free teleport in Displacer and a free Orb in most match ups in MOS at the expense of corner carry but not damage.

Stand 4'ing airplanes out of the sky
You can add an NJP off of a F1 anti-air for a bit more damage.

Also, standing 4 does 5% while standing 3 foes 3%. S4 may give you more damage in Thunder God corner combos.

Creepy listed corner combos where he ended with S3~DF2. S4 should give extra damage, although it would probably be 0.01% with all the damage scaling from the F12B2s. Theoretically that is still more damage though lol.
Oh lol fair enough. That is the optimal ender in that case.

Yup, 51%.

You can get 52% with b2, b2, b14~irc, 214~mb df2, b14~mb db1, njp, d2, b11~1+3. (Can be 54% if you bolt stop the db1)
I already imagine this combo. Would be a sick one. How to do the bolt stop there? I know about the double db1 forcing the bolt to stop in middle way. The d2 is the uppercut and would send the opponent out of the corner and land right to the b11T.

You pretty much do the db1 as soon as the bolt connects.

Sounds like you pressed double db1 in one string. This is way sicker than I could do.
 
Just posted these in the other combo thread, but for Thunder God corner combos off of NJP, these both do more damage. The first one not requiring stamina either.

Pre-patch:
Njp, jik, b2, 213, f12b[2], b3[2], 4df2 - 33%

Post-patch:
Njp, 4db2, b14~LRC~213, f12b[2], 44df2 - 36%
