Raiden download trouble

I had this issue too but after restarting the game I went to the store section and he eventually popped up BUT I still do have a problem...

I recall it being stated Ultimate Edition owners are to get the Black Lightning skin for free yet it asks me to buy source crystals to unlock him for some reason....I own the ult edition I got the steel case with Batman on it lol

I thought the same thing but all you have to do is search for black lightening on the PS store and download/install the premier skin.

Regular fighter Pack, i believe not. Just the Ultimate Edition, which i do have. So i was about to raise another Eyebrow like THE ROCK when i saw i had to pay for source crystals to get the skin
