Question about UMK3 on MK:A

I'm just wondering if UMK3 is included on all version of the game or only the premium edition? I'm thinking of purchasing the standard version of MK:A on PS2 and I can't find out whether it does or not. All I can find is PR speak by Ed Boon and his cronies.

weak and double weak. Search functions really are my friend don't worry.

Actually there is no search function yet, but there's not really anything to search through. Most sections only have one page, U/MK3/T has two though.
