For anyone that can't get the maskless Skarlet in the Shrine, you have just under 12 hours to get it in TOT.

It only seems to work if the opponent has 1 HP left. (and you still have to do a mercy, beforehand)

i.e. It's extremely hard to trigger in an actual match

It needs retch-rebution AMP to work.

I'm fascinated by how inaccurate the given Brutality requirements are in this game.

Don't they know what the exact requirements are for each move to trigger? How hard is it to give us accurate descriptions?
