PS4 Pro / TCL Technical Issues

I recently purchased a new console and tv a few months ago. Long story short is that even in game mode I'm randomly dropping combos during gameplay and noticing weird lag spikes in game menus with different controllers.

I have the TV in game mode and I followed this guide (https://testyourmight.com/threads/preventing-ps4-bluetooth-controller-sync-problems-video-inside.51641/)

This was never a problem on my base PS4 and a LG TV but it's been pretty bizarre on my Pro
(CUH-72XX) and TCL (49S515). I know TYM is a small forum but any help with this would be appreciated.

Do you have a regular PS4 pad? And are you getting lag spikes offline when you're playing against the CPU?

Are you sure your TV is on ? If yes, have you tried to reboot it ?
