First off, I would like to thank all of my fellow TYM users for supporting these interviews and for all the generous feedback. I feel that these interviews are the least I can do for this awesome community. As an aspiring journalist, this is great practice and it's motivating to hear the feedback on my questions. As it stands (and it probably comes as no shock), the Perfect Legend interview was viewed over 800 times, which is the most out of all the interviews. To my surprise, every other interview accumulated over 300 views a piece. These impressive numbers will positively lead to more of these pre-event and post-event interviews for Mortal Kombat. This game and community deservesclosure from the more personal Mortal Kombat players, and these have led to massive amounts of hype heading into this weekend. So again, thank you to all of my loyal readers and please make sure to tweet out the link to my blog to gain more coverage for Mortal Kombat at MLG Dallas.
And now we move on to the final interview in this series. This is another interview that was requested by several members of the TYM community and it may be the most detailed and articulate interview of them all. This interview is with GamerBlake90, who is the host of the DownFourCast and a notable asset to the Mortal Kombat community. After much anticipation, he eventually made the decision to attend MLG Dallas. I think I speak for everyone on these forums when I say that I am excited to see his Sonya offline and against the best players in the world. In this interview, Blake and I discuss the future of the D4Cast, Injustice, the MLG Dallas PS3 Online Tournament debacle, his momentary walkaway from the community, we look ahead to MLG Dallas weekend, talk about gross and Madzin, we talk about his anxious runbacks with WoundCowboy and TylerLantern and much more.
