Yeah i took tae kwon do, the hat was super hard to find, and my hands actually glowed using small flash lights. i usually make my own costumes by using things around the house. my best costume to date is scorpion!
I took Tang Soo Do for a few months and have a similar uniform. That's why I kinda lit up when I saw yours... I just never thought of using it for a Raiden outfit.
Wow yeah i had my uniform hanging up in my closet colecting dust lol so why not give it some fresh air lol. here is a pic of the back i designed.
