Patch suggestions for Sub-Zero

If a lot of character got nerfed, then Sub-Zero as well as others have been roundly buffed, we will have to wait and see the full patch notes.

They probably want to wait a lil, I can't blaim them for that. Although It's a double edged sword for dlc.

I think they're waiting too. The knee fix though..... He was naturally buffed through nerfs, but WoWo is unbeatable now bro
