Idk about the double freeze thing cause in all honesty when you consider that Ice ball does not chip damage and is slow as crap you would think it wouldn't matter. in cyrax case, one could make an argument that the bombs are just combo extenders that do not properly scale. But the idea of Rushzero makes me smile in a way that only a Subzero player can understand. No homo if I could see you Id give you a hug.

Well if he doesnt get a good d1 or d3, then yeah he should keep that 8 frame d4, its less advantage on hit than the usual 12 frame d4 though so it has its disadvantages as well.

I still would have (even though I never played him in that stage of the game). I lack fundamentals, so any edge I can get, I need.
