It is Ultimate Cup X. European online open Tournament.
Ultimate Cup - is an online open tournament. Founded in 2010. Ultimate Cup X - is 10th tournament of the series
All european players are welcome!
Prizes:
1.place - 5000 rur +50% of donations + e-certificate
2.place - 2500 rur+25% of donations + e-certificate
3.place - 1000rur +10% of donations + e-certificate
4.place - 500rur +5% of donations
5-6.place - 300rur each +3% of donations
7-8.place - по 200 each +2% of donations
The main UCX rules:
-This is online one-day tournament
-schedule: all time - is Moscow Time. 11:00-12:00 sign ups. 12:00-12:30 toss up. 12:30 - start of the group stage. After group stage we will run full double elimination(FDE).
-the previous champions and good players will be seeded - i.e. splitted out in different groups

Special features in this rom:
-score doesn't resets. To reset a score – player 1 must press F3, and choose “yes” after reseting the game
-hidden select: press start button on Ermac (allowed only at 1st fight)
-select timer is reduced for winner of previous fight to force winner pick his character first
-it is 1x1 tournament
-Noob Saibot, Rain and bosses are Banned
-the tourney lasts 1 day, and have: group stage, and play offs stage(full double elimination). In the group stage you must play against all players in your group.
-At the group stage - First to 5 (best of 9)
-in the full double elimination - First to 7(best of 13)
-from group where 4 players, only 2 will proceed to the FDE. From groups where 5 players, only 3 will proceed to the FDE
-in case when After group stage too many players (in same group) have same number of points, order to proceed playoffs and placing in group is next: personal match->difference between won and lost battles between those players->differece between won and lost battles in whole group
-the "winner pick" rule - winner of previous fight must select his character first!
-Hidden select is banned. But allowed only at 1st fight.
-Morphing from robot smoke into human smoke is disabled. This rule is made for disable situations where a winner of previous fight can counter picks his opponent by morphing into human smoke or staying at robot
-the official server is Ultimate Cup: 151.248.126.219:27888. In personal order you can play P2P, or at the other european servers. But if your opponent wants to play on UC server, you must play on this server. We got many players from different regions, and they have different ping, so we want to ask everybody for keeping fair play. Let's give them a chance to be competitive
-Wi-Fi connections is banned
-If this is your first time participating in our tournament, you need to check the connection and settings before sign up the tournament. Play few matches with any of our accredited players to check your internet connection or you will not be allowed to parcipiate. Accredited players to test your connection: Discord IDs: TANK U-GIN#6161, snowboy#7867, KOHR#8352, muffin of mr.oizo#5591 – mafioso
-“One player – One PC” rule. This rule prohibits two players from playing on the same computer. Because it is very delaying the tournament. So find other PC to play separate
-It is extremely not allowed to bind 2 or more actions to one button(like reptile force ball or kitanas fan)
-it is allowed to bind 1 action to 2 or more different button(you can have two run buttons or two block buttons etc)
-please don't be late - you can be disqualified
-please don't delay the tournament - you can be disqualified
-sign up at the discords “sign-ups-here” topic now We need your: nickname, country, city, Disord ID.
- It is necessary to Approve your sign up at the tournament day or you will not be allowed. You must login into discord app at the tournament day from 11:00 to 12:00 Moscow time and send a message into “registration-accept” Discord topic: “your_nickname is ready”. “registration-accept” topic will open at the tournament day
