Remove armor on fatal blows now
So it seems like the cancel window/ input window was made more lax universally.
This means Kabals raw buzzsaw became much easier to do in the neutral. It also means accidental raw buzzsaws during combos will become much rarer. (I've seen this happen to everyone from Curbo to Love Thoughts.)
Just thought I'd create a separate thread so this doesn't go unnoticed.
