Noob Customization Issue

Anyone having an issues with the glowing blue gear pieces. I've unlocked a mask and a sickle but when I equip them it's not glowing at all, looks like a basic skin. When I go to to fight it doesn't glow blue as well.

It depends on the skin u are using, they change to many different colors
