No winds?

Is Cetrion still worth using without Deadly Winds?
I know it's one of her main moves I just don't like it

I don't play her like that but I think she's got a strong enough kit to basically throw whatever on there and still be good. The ability that replaces rock wall and the random spell buff are probably her worst moves

Cetrion was very good before the custom came to KL, so yes. Wind just make her top 3 and that's not coz she is the best zoner in the game but coz she's very good anywhere on the screen, her only downside is low damage and no real (9F) mid but it's not a big of a deal if you have tools for every situtation and any range like she has.

I wasn't arguing about anything, just stating that kabal has "probably" one of the best projectiles in the game.
His regular projectile can:
Combo in the corner
Kb on ex counter hit
- 10~ 8 ob, -1 on ex
You can rapid fire these things full screen
Full combo punishes for people that jump
And his buzz saws are extremely active
