I remember when she used to have a 1/3 chance to do a guaranteed 100% reset on you. :\

Her trait got its cooldown increased so she can't loop a combo into her trait and have a chance to reset it guaranteed with the bomb.

So she doesn't have a 1/3 chance to kill you in one touch.

But all the bomb resets are escape-able, the opponent can just wake up and the bomb will go through their invincibility frames.

I think you'll find that the bombs startup is long enough that even if they wake up they'll still get caught out of their invincibility, but I'm not sure as I didn't even know about the loop until it got patched.
