I thought about doing j1 into dive kick, because a lot of people like to mash d1 after a jumpp in, but it's kinda risky, i feel safer with this dive kick cross up setup

Very nice, i see my opponents rage quiting though lol. This can set up the mind game of your opponent having to stand up to jump ins longer, which opens the door for free chun li kicks.

If you whiff a normal to reset the combo in EX trance, does it force the opponent to block the j3 into the fuzzy?

Yup. thats how i normally set this up midscreen.

That's the point!! The instant j1 catches em if they block low. its hard to do online. U have to do the j3 super low and the j1 instantly.
