Need training tips - punishing strings


Prepairing for some local tournament, but don't have enough opponents - hence little mutchup experience. Solution = theoryfighting in the training room. Could you guys tell my what main strings should I learn to interrupt/punish with different opponents?

For ex: Batman - 223 - second hits high; G Arrow - d1 xx arrow - 7 frames interruptable; MMH - 22b3 - interruptable before the last hit...

I understand that punishing/interrupting depends on the character I'm playing - not everyone has 6fr d1. But there're still general rules of unsafeness.
