I dont know officially, but Id bet my life on it being Scorpion in a Samurai skin (which a samurai like skin pack was hinted at in a psn leak somewhere)

Costume will be initially on mobile and probably unlockable to the console version by playing (like Harley's Arkahm City skin in IGAU)
