Ok, so this year is the 20th Anniversary of Mortal Kombat. Back in it's heyday in the arcade, it was so popular that they used to install monitors on top of the machine because the crowds around it were so big, the people in the back couldn't see the action. The monitors that were installed on top allowed them to see the game in action.
So, to celebrate the 20th Anniversary, and to be a bit nostalgic, I took one of my extra arcade monitors and spent the better part of the day paying homage to MK by replicating what a Mortal Kombat machine looked like at the hight of it's popularity...
