MKXL Balance Patch Confirmed (UPDATED)

The speculation has come to an end, and the result is a pleasant surprise for the MKXL community!

Just moments ago, NRS co-creator Ed Boon announced that there will in fact be a balance patch coming not just to the console versions of MKXL, but also to the PC version, ported by QLOC! He also states that they intend to have the patch coincide with MKXL's arrival to PC, which means that more than likely, the patch will land on or around the release date for the PC version.

Are you ready for new tech, updated match-up knowledge, and best of all, more tournaments?! I know we are!

That was my original goal to do so for PC version. I don't have this yet. I'm waiting till they release KP3, so that I can fully buy it. I wanna play with @AcMilan91 , @ShArp and the rest of the PC fighters.
