MKDC Character Frame Advantage on Block List

this thread is meant to list all the moves in mkdc that grant adv on block. what is adv on block? its when your opponent blocks certain attacks and should they respond they will be hit because they are at a disadvantage.

BUT, there r levels of adv. example: captain marvel's d1 has adv but batman's jab will still beat captain marvel's jab despite marvel having adv. why is this? its because batman's jabs are so much faster then capt marvel's that, despite being at disadvantage, batmans jab will still win out. now if captain marvel were to fight himself then his d1 on block would allow him to strike 1st with 11 because hes at advantage.
