Block Low when she teles + sai's. many ppl have this problem when facing mileena. after she teles, u can d1 Combo or just uppercut. As Smoke, d1 + Smokebomb works well.

If she does a regular telekick, you don't have to block low with Smoke. Punish it (and the roll) with 3 2, 3 D1 2, 2 1 Smoke Bomb, and any ender of your choice (F4, Jpk+grab, etc).

For the EX version, you can block the first kick high, and then immediately block low before the second one lands. Now, either uppercut, or use D1, D1~Smoke Bomb (almost impossible to do online), and combo her.

You can jpk+grab her when she uses D4, or, even better, counter it with a faster low poke (D1/D3). If you're familiar with Smoke's poke game, she may be trapped. Hell, if you're ballsy, you can throw a blank Smoke Bomb if she tries to D4 her way in.

As of now, this matchup is definitely in Smoke's favor, but Mileena can always be tricky and tough, regardless.

so the d1 is able to be done offline.. i dont have a scene so i rely online to help with matchups and it seemed so impossible for me thanks

I've seen Shoryuken simply dash on reaction and the telekick totally whiffs... doesn't even hit him.
 
It's possible and not hard online. Uppercut isn't a bad option at all but you really should be doing d1 d1 bomb to maximize your damage.
 
im having trouble fighting her..is there a specific way to punish her cause nothing seems to work out
I guess it depends on which character you use. But generally, you don't want to jump at Mileena as she can telekick you in the air for combo and can roll you for combo as well. A baited telekick can be blocked and punished. An EX telekick is harder to punish but the strategy is to simply block the second hit low. A blocked roll can be punished with combo as well. If you cross her up, be aware of the players habits, if the player D4's to lower their hit box, you can land a well timed jump kick, and jump kick into combo depending on who you use as well. When mileena crosses you up and you block the jip, block low. You can Fuzzy guard the low mid mixup. If you have good reactions you can punish her overhead split kick before it lands. Chars with fast uppercuts will blow that shit up all the time. Mileena can also b3~EX roll. The b3 is low and the ex roll hits mid so keep that in mind too. You can also dash the telekicks but this requires very good reactions and reads. If you dash just before the telekick it whiffs.

If you start out with a few easy uppercut punishes it will definitely force her to respect the punish a lot more and stop her from spamming them. The match pace and spacing will then definitely be more in your favor once you have that established. Offline you can take more risks with the D1 combo-ing business.
