I think it works on everybody if the first hit is blocked or whiffed and only the second hit connects.

A little lower than I anticipated, but still good to know, considering that's probably a good chunk of damage if you make it unclashable.

I tested on brainiac much like @Laos_boy (thanks btw) i can't get it after 12b1 only 11

And the unclashable amount is 324. It's not hard but i think it only works on big bodies

This video is showcasing that if only the second hit of MB PF lands, you can easily follow up with b3. All credit to @Laos_boy , this might be useful in specific situations since before I only followed up with f22. Next plan is to test this on block (although super unsafe some people still get caught by the overhead).
