Make a character OP, solid, and unplayable

If you could make any character OP, solid, or unplayable, which three would you pick and assign and what would their fatal flaw or undeniable strength?

Here’s mine:
OP - Kano - unblockable projectile
Solid - D’vorah
Unplayable - Erron Black — his bullets don’t do damage.

EDIT:
OP- Kotal — hitbox for all his throws become full screen
Unplayable - Sonya — all of her moves only hit high, even her sweep.

OP - Jade - Dodging Shadows can be amplified, giving Jade not only projectile immunity, but also making her own projectiles unblockables.

OP 2 - Skarlet - any blood spilled in the match increases your damage.

Solid - Shao Kahn

Unplayable - Scorpion - any move that envolve fire or his chain, Scorpion burns/cuts himself, losing life.

OP - D'vorah - F2 now hits overhead

Solid - Frost - Fix obvious whiffing issues, shave 2-3 frames off the startup of her B1 mid and make Frostbyte's BF4 amplify come out on block.

Unplayable - Kabal - Kabal now says "Kaballin'!!!" everytime he throws a buzz saw, including the amplify version of ground buzz saw.

Op: Sonya b1 is a mid

Solid: Kahn cut is a base move for Kotal

Unplayable: Kano loses tick throw off 24

Op: Kitana — B2 is now an overhead with 15 frames start-up down from 17.

Solid: Jade — U3 is now a true mid.

Unplayable: Sub Zero — f2 now has 30 frames of startup and is -12 on block.

OP - Kano: Make his command grab a mid


Solid - Kano: Make the second and third hit of 241+3 have a better hitbox. Make the second hit of 241+3 safe.

Unplayable - Kano: Leave him how he is currently :DOGE

OP - Kung Lao's Dive Kick can be amplified on block as a grab during the entire block animation

Solid - Kung Lao's F21 is safe on block

Unplayable - Kung Lao's F1 is -7 on block
 
OP- Kotal: All sword moves are unblockable.

Solid- Kotal: command grab side switch is optional, lower recovery time of sun beam, make his 221 string a launcher anywhere on screen, 122 has faster start-up, boost cat damage, Khan cut is a default move and co exists with saw move.

Unplayable- Sonya: every time you choose her in character select, Kenshi drop kicks her to orbit and takes her place.

OP - Jade: all staff attacks now deal full damage on block

Solid - D'Vorah: increase the vertical reach of her hit boxes

Unplayable - Shang: deals 50% reduced damage while not transformed. May only transform once a match.

Shang would probably be fine still were that the case lol. He'd drop is power certainly, but I don't think he'd be unplayable. Maybe if transforming made the enemy more powerful lol
