looking for SfV help

Woo Hoo!
I'm just starting out with the game and I'm picking up cammy this is my first ever sf game and I'm looking for help with basics, what I should know, cammy specifics, bnbs etc if you have any guides or any place that I could info please leave links or if you can explain anything to me that would be very much appreciated :)

i dont get why ppl needs guides every time. sf5 is a new game, why u dont enjoy discovering things by yourself?

Here's my notes that I took on Cammy. It's not fully updated (since a few days before launch) but it's enough to get you started.

General Cammy Notes

-CR. LP is 3f, excellent for punishing as it can lead to CA
-Don't use V-trigger and super in a combo, pick one to optimise meter usage.
-Difference in DAMAGE between F.HK combos and ST.MP combos are so minimal (2 points of damage).
--Difference in STUN between F.HK combos and ST.MP combos are larger. (45 points of stun)
-All Canon Spikes invincible, LK version works closer than expecter. All cancel into CA
-In corner, you can connect a Canon Spike or CA after a Razors Edge
-Cannot combo off of CR.MK XX V-TRIGGER unless it's into CA (tighter but still easy)

I would highly suggest visiting the SRK forums (shoryuken.com). They have dedicated character forums with threads that hold the information to everything you could possibly need. They cover everything, beginner tips, combos, match-ups, videos, new tech, etc.

I appreciate it fine sir really helped me out a lot :) we main the same character in mkx as well lol

st.lp, cr.mp beats 3 frame jabs. There's a ton more on SRK's Cammy forum.

That said, you gonna want to play her lije CvS2. Constant walk forward and putting hit boxes in front of you. Get that white chip life going and then capitalize with a whiff punish or frame trao.
