There is also a glitch with his high fireball in EVERY variation. As soon as you hit back/forward/1 the fireball sound effect comes out before the animation even starts.

As far as my testing goes you can't cancel anything before, during or after the throw animation.

They just type it in wrong, would be interesting though. . .

Also I would like to add that thank god we have a Frame Data Kalculator, because Liu Kang's jumping attacks frame data is a eye sore to look at.

What about them?
If you go to his move list all jumping attack Frame data would suggest that you are negative on block but in reality you're plus.

For example: it shows Liu Kang's J3/4 being -8 on block, but in reality its +1 on block if done at his earliest and if you do a DJK its +11 on block.
