Highlight any character and press Y/Triangle to open Update Character Settings.



2nd page is Title Settings where you can select the card background/title.
Pressing Y/Triangle on a title will select it for all characters.

Yeah I meant that I thought that there was a a specific site for the card posting like you can do with PSN trophies. But I am too lazy to cut the pic etc so I will just post my id instead.
