ok, since abacabb's combo is the best use for 1 bar combo as far as I have checked, I was labbing Pretty Lady and here is what I think needs updating
a generic rule for all variations is that combos split in 2 categories
1) popups: 122, NJP, f21d2 (except butcher, also I don't believe it's a viable popup,
2) grounded: any attack cancelled into bd4
So, with that in mind, we should change the OP to:

midscreen meterless pop up
122 /njp /f21d2 -f1-12bd4-j1-4db1__ 32% /30% /35%
notes: An additional f1 after the popup adds 1%
Prefer j1 after bd4 for small hurtbox opponents as 4 after, is 15 frames, thus it's cancel can't be missed even from j1
For those who want to gain slightly more distance for zoning purposes
122 /njp /f21d2 -f1-12bd4-j2-b1db4__ 29% /27% /32%
notes: J2 is a must here as b1 after, is 27 frames
After 122 an adiitional f1 adds 2%
1 bar grounded starters midscreen should have abacabb's combo nature
1 bar popups give around 7%, don't know if its worth
