How do you change to a custom skin in KL?

go to the character you play in Kustomization and favorite the variation that has the skin you wanna use. When you pick either variation in KL it will use that skin.

Kustomize, the first and second slot are used for the tournament variations

 

[Groove Heaven]

Go to kustomize, pick your character, hover over the variation whose costume you wanna play, and click the touchpad so it makes a little star appear on that one. Game defaults to that when you play the tourney variations online.
