Kabal (with mask) sounds like Red Hood from Injustice 2

I kept thinking he sounded familiar and finally figured it out. The attitude, the inflections, the mask echo... it all sounds just like Red Hood.

Unless my memory is just horrible, lol. (Spoiler: it actually is)

Anyone know if it’s the same voice actor?

I heard he was the same voice actor as Captain Cold. Don't know if Red Hood was the same guy too.
