D1 and d3 are both seven frames. Is there any difference other than what I percive as a slightly higher hitbox on the d1?

GGA soonk

ĜĞÅ §ººñ|<®©™
Well I suppose it depends how you want to play it. If frame advantages/disadvantages are correct in the Kaballin guide, then these are the differences:

D1
Hits mid, so it can be blocked standing, but might catch jumpouts.
+1 on hit
-13 on block

D3
Hits low, so has to be blocked ducking, but won't catch jumpouts.
+3 on hit
-7 on block

The first NDC strings / normals ( on block and on hit ) you should check are f32 , f3 , d4 , 2 , 21 , f4 , b1 , b12 , 11 , 11b4 , also could you test it with EX NDC?

wow, this is big, big news here... thanks somberness... I didn't realize 1,1,1,NDC was possible, but its +8!?

Somberness Kabal's B121 string can be interrupted after the first hit. Any idea on the window for that?

Great stuff, Somber!

111 is +8 if NDC'd? Wow, that opens up a lot for pressure.

Somberness

Lights
This means any character with armor can easily interrupt if scouted.

Also I find it odd that 2~ndc is just +1 on block. I always thought it would be way more than that. Can you double check?
2 causes only 20 frames of block stun, NDC eats up most of that. Plus the 1 frame after it executes, which is the cancel frame for 2... 9+1+17 = 27 or when Kabal recovers. The opponent recovers after 28 frames.

Wow 1,1,1 NDC. That's something I have never tried before.

I'm thinking of incorporating EX NDCs to my game. Looks like a good idea if I have something like 3 bars or so.

It's a bad idea to keep doing 111 ndc because standing 1 is high and they can poke out of pressure. Also, the only thing that jails after 11 is buzzsaw. Recommended off a jip and then going into a mid hitting string like F3.

REO

Undead
Yeah, 1,1,1 is only viable off a JIP. The first two hits are highs, so it is very easy to poke out of. b+1,2,1 is still the more superior option off a JIP, in my opinion. But I could see 1,1,1 being good if you know your opponent is going to block.

2 causes only 20 frames of block stun, NDC eats up most of that. Plus the 1 frame after it executes, which is the cancel frame for 2... 9+1+17 = 27 or when Kabal recovers. The opponent recovers after 28 frames.
Well I guess it's not a block infinite then. Was there another hidden hotfix released or something? I could have sworn I tested this back at SBV with people and it gave way more advantage on block.

Can anybody answer me this question?

On, let's say, F+3, 2, NDC, is it possible to get poked out INMEDIATELY after the 2? I mean, Nomad Dash is like 18f, and it can be cancelled after the 13th frame or so, so my opponent may be able to poke out of it? Or how does this work? I cannot understand this quite well.

How does one have frame advantage after the NDC? I mean, the NDC does not touch the opponent at all, so...?

I believe the Nomad Dash and subsequent cancel are reducing recovery frames from the F32.

If you just do F32 then you're at -4 on block, so yeah, they could poke out, but if you cancel the 2 with a Nomad Dash, the recovery frames aren't there for you so they will not be able to poke out before the dash will execute, or something like that. I doubt you can get poked out if you commit to the dash; I've never had it happen.

If only I found this out yesterday when talking with Paulo on the stream, I would have asked why this is the case. Also why there is a block infinite still in the game, lol. If anyone can even do it, I applaud them. There is an easier way of doing it with bf24 but getting it down to the frame is madness.
Does it jail standing, then?

Also:
B1~2 is -5.
Are you sure it's that small? I swear I've been d3'ed in between the b1 and the 2.
