It seems that Joker's Red Hood Alt doesn't have all of the buffs that were given to him in the 1.03 patch. His HA's last 9 seconds but his gas canisters are the same speed they were pre-patch. Also, his trait does 9% for the high/mid parry and 2% for the low parry as opposed to the 11% both parries were buffed up to after the patch. The Tourist and Final Confrontation Alts have all the buffs Joker recieved.
