Neither throws nor command grabs are parry-able.

Yeah you don't parry the grabs, but the parry causes a bunch of throws to whiff for some reason. Probably a glitch, but only works on a few moves (WCC, command grabs, Bane's Super {lol}, etc). Does it work on normal throws? I didn't think that was the case.

I think I read it somewhere, but best to test it.
