New player here. Had a question about the frame data, specifically for Amped Say Cheese. Why does the data list it as 3 frame start up? Is it an additional 3 frames on top of Say Cheese regular frames (27 +3)?

Johnny seems to be left untouched by the 1.03 patch, so I updated the name of the thread. Feel free to correct me if I missed anything.

Wasn't his F3 13 frames and plus? It's 14 and negative now.

I'm pretty sure it's always been 14 frames and -4. Could be wrong though...

What do u mean it did jail before, or u mean it's jails after the ex force balls?

They jailed before too on big hitboxes, but whiffed on cassie erron and in mirror match.
Are those fixed as well?
