A question to ppl who already have him Any good normals ? how are his strings ? any safe on block ?
I guess slasher will have best normals.

From watching the Kombat Kast stream yesterday, it looks like it has slow startup but it does hit a crouched opponent (doesn't go over their head like most projectiles). Best to use from a longer distance.
