Tech Jade Meter Building Data & True Damage and Block Chip Damage

This is a continuation of my Meter Building project for all of the characters. This data gives you the basic tools for perfecting your meter game, so that's why there are only basic combos and specials. For block strings or more advanced combos you need to do the math yourself. Check out the General Meter Building Data Information.
For blocked normals and specials, they all build 8.996212121% (for simplicity 8.996%) of meter per hit. So if you hit someone with 122 on block you build 26.988% because they were hit by 3 normals.
For blocked specials, you build meter on the initial use of the special and the extra meter because it was blocked. For example, if you use Boomerang you build the initial 3.725% of meter, but if it hits a blocking opponent then you add 8.996% which results in 12.722% of meter build.
This applies to all characters so Sonya or Smoke for example build the same 8.996% on block.
There is no initial gain from EX attacks.
You also build meter by taking damage.
It takes 48% damage to build one bar.
This general information will tell you specifically how much build by the amount of damage you take.
You don't build meter when taking block chip damage.

Blocked EX Boomerang - 8.996% if one boomerang is blocked to 17.992% if both are blocked, takes 11.11 if one boomerang is blocked, and 5.55 if both are blocked
Shadow Kick
Whiffed or Hit Shadow Kick - 5.989%, takes 16.69 for 1 bar
Blocked Shadow Kick - 14.985%, takes 6.67 for 1 bar
Blocked EX Shadow Kick - 8.996%, takes 11.11 for 1 bar
Shadow Flash
Shadow Flash - 2.249%, takes 44.46 for 1 bar
Staff Overhead
Whiffed or Hit Overhead Staff - 5.989%, takes 16.69 for 1 bar
Blocked Overhead Staff - 14.985%, takes 6.67 for 1 bar
Blocked EX Overhead Staff - 8.996%, takes 11.11 for 1 bar

Whiffed or Hit Staff Grab - 5.989%, takes 16.69 for 1 bar

Note: When it says "takes 5.55 for 1 bar" for example, this is an EXACT measurement to fill your bar up to EXACTLY 100%. 6 of these blocked attacks will give you 105% or 110%, but for the sake of depth the decimals are included.

If you have seen my general info thread -> http://testyourmight.com/threads/general-true-damage-and-block-chip-damage-information.16772/ you should be aware of the concept of "True Damage" and this thread will show you what the true damage of all of your character's moves is, and I will also do bnb requests and update the info. I list the percentages within 2 decimal places for simplicity, but the actual numbers are longer so that is why some of these numbers don't seem create a product of 100 when multiplied by the number of times it takes, but those numbers are correct. Since the Jade community is my favourite you guys get this kind of data before everyone else! :)

Props man. 12% pure uppercut is interesting, that shows that they probably started with deciding the uppercut damage and figuring out all the other moves after that for balance purposes.

Is it possibly 5.12 something like that?

I haven't compared Jade's meter building data to everyone else's yet, but from what I can tell from both this and my personal experience, Jade doesn't seem to struggle much to build up her meter.

Out of all the characters I play, I think I have the easiest time building meter with Jade and Sheeva.

Edit: Though gun cancels with Stryker seem good too.
