Ivy low starter corner restand

I can't optimize this any further without getting knocked down by yoshi. Suggestions? I know there's a 50% combo that starts with 213 overhead and ends in kiss, this starts from low starter.

I am trying to optimize a low starting combo that ends with kiss while nightshade is out without getting knocked out . Just because
